Sustainability is the core of my business.

Mobiles

Even though baby mobiles are purely for decor; as a proponent of an organic, healthy and sustainable lifestyle, I want new parents and giftgivers to be able to purchase products made from ethically sourced, environmentally friendly materials.

I am proud to say my products and packaging are plastic-free, as far as possible.

I use bamboo staple fibre for filling, this is unbleached and not sprayed with pesticides.

My felt is wool-viscose mix and is non-toxic as per Toy Standards EN71 parts 1, 2 and 3.

I use high quality DMC Mouliné cotton embroidery thread and yarn, which is Oekotex certified. The felt balls are 100% wool and handmade by a women's co-operative in Nepal. My mobiles are suspended using cotton yarn. I use wooden hoops, also sourced from England. The bunnies' fluffy pom-pom tails are handmade by me from Merino wool/Pima cotton mix yarn.

And lastly, my packaging boxes use cardboard with silk ribbon closures and Kraft recycled padded envelopes.

Thoughtful Quotes

These A6 sized postcards are printed in England on FSC certified cardstock. I choose to have my postcards printed in England so that I can achieve lush colours and the beautiful soft-touch coating, which not only protects the postcards from water, fingerprint and sunlight damage but allows the designs to shine through without the use of gloss.

My wooden stands are sourced from a family-run business in Norfolk and are sustainably made and hand-finished from ash.

Should you have any questions about my materials, please do not hestitate to contact me.
