A perfect end-of-year teacher gift

I've been teaching for 10 years and during that time I've received some lovely "teacher gifts". One of my favourites is a handmade macrame window hanging that can be infused with sweet orange oil. And I always love hand-drawn cards from my students.

I was thinking about what would make a unique teacher gift which could also be used perpetually, and decided to make a teacher version of my Thoughtful Quotes postcard set.

I really enjoyed putting together the quotes, the backgrounds of the postcards and thinking about what colour combinations would go together. Finding the supplier of my wooden stands was a bonus as they are sustainably made in England from ash!

I've also designed a Bible Quotes for Teachers set, which would make a great present for Sunday School teachers and church leaders, not just your child's school teacher. I love how coherent this set is with its sleek font and bold images.

The cards are A6 (small postcard) sized and are printed on FSC certified card. They are soft-touch laminated so although that means they do contain plastic, I feel that it is a fair trade-off for protecting the product from fingerprints, watermarks and fading.
